On Sunday, July 19, 2009, the St. John's University
community will come together to celebrate the achievements and
accomplishments of the Class of 2009 in the heart of the Eternal
City.
The Commencement ceremony includes the awarding of honorary
degrees and medals to distinguished individuals and the
conferring of degrees and certificates upon the graduates. Each
graduate is recognized by name and walks on stage to receive a
diploma case.
In addition to the Commencement ceremony, the University
welcomes the family and friends of the Class of 2009 to attend
the Baccalaureate Liturgy at 4:30 p.m. and the reception
immediately following the Commencement ceremony.
St. John's University extends heartfelt congratulations to all
of the Rome graduates!
