Guests require tickets to attend the
Commencement Exercises as well as the Doctoral Hooding Ceremonies.
The graduate's cap and gown will serve to admit him/her to the
ceremony.
Due to the large number of graduates
eligible to participate in this year’s ceremony, each graduate will
be receiving four (4) seating tickets to the Commencement Exercises
on Sunday, May 15, 2011 on the Great Lawn. Please note that
seats can not be saved.
If any additional tickets become
available, students may request these tickets at Academic Attire
Distribution.
Please note that no requests for tickets
will be taken at any time prior to Academic Attire
Distribution.
Children under the age of two years do not
require a ticket, however, they must sit on an adult's lap. Tickets
are also required for the Baccalaureate Mass.
Ticket
Distribution
Graduates will receive their tickets at Academic Attire

Although this option is strongly advised against as it will
delay your arrival in the procession and your guests’ arrival for
seating, for those students who are unable to pick up their
academic attire and tickets on their scheduled dates and times,
distribution will also take place in Marillac Terrace on Sunday,
May 15, 2011 from 8:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. This option is only available
for those students who are unable to pick up their academic attire
on their scheduled dates and times.
Third Party Ticket Pick up
All tickets must be picked up in person by the candidates. If,
however, the degree candidate is unable to pick up the tickets at
the times allotted, a third party may pick up the tickets providing
the individual has a copy of the student’s order confirmation
and StormCard ID.
Please be advised that you must be participating in the ceremony
in order to receive tickets.
