Each Graduate is responsible for knowing and completing the
following checklist. This information will aid you in understanding
the appropriate procedures and requirements leading up to
Graduation Day.
- Diploma Application - Each student must complete a Diploma
Application four months prior to the date of degree conferral.
Please refer to School
Bulletin.
- In order to participate in the events of Commencement Weekend,
you must fill out a Registration Form
and order your academic attire.
- Review your transcript on the St. John's University
Information System for accuracy of Grade Changes, Transfer
Credits, etc.
- Be sure to update your home address in the St. John's
University Information System.
- Check with your College
Office to confirm eligibility for graduation and specific
requirements of your School or College.
- Clear all holds on your account.
