Commencement Registration

Welcome to the 2010 St. John’s University Commencement Registration.
Please fill out this form immediately. The deadline to fill out this form is Friday, April 16, 2010.

In order to register for Commencement, please:

• Log on to St. John’s Central
• Once in St. John’s Central, please log on to UIS (the same way you would to get your grades or schedule)
• Once logged into UIS, please go to the “Student and Financial Aid” menu. In that menu, you will find a link for “Commencement Registration”.
• Your degree information will appear and you will fill out your estimated weight, height in shoes and cap size, as well as your Commencement Weekend attendance information.
• Fill out the form completely.
• Once your commencement registration form is filled out, the Graduating Student Survey “What’s Next” must be completed in order for your commencement registration to be complete.
• Once all items are submitted, a confirmation page will appear. Please print this page for your records and bring with you to Academic Attire Distribution.

You may log into this form at any time to revise your information. Please be sure to print your new confirmation page.
