Step Two: Order Academic Attire (if
needed)
Wearing academic attire (cap, gown and hood) is both
traditional and required for participation in the
ceremony. There is no charge for the rental of academic
attire.
*Deadline to order your academic
attire has been extended to FRIDAY, APRIL 15,
2011.

Distribution of Academic Attire:
Marillac Terrace
Wednesday, May 4, 2011 – Monday, May 9, 2011
1 - 8 p.m.
Please note that if you do not come to distribution at the
time below, you will not be able to receive a gown until the day of
commencement.
Although this option is strongly advised against, as it will
delay your arrival and the procession, Academic Attire Distribution
will also take place on Sunday, May 15, 2011 from 8:30 a.m. - 2
p.m. in Marillac Terrace. This option is only available for faculty
who are unable to pick up their academic attire at the above
times.
Return:
The return of all academic attire is strictly controlled. We ask
that you return your academic attire to Marillac Terrace
immediately following the Commencement Exercises (or College of
Pharmacy and Allied Health Professions Doctoral Hooding
Ceremony).
Any faculty or administrator not returning his or her academic
attire at this time will be responsible for mailing it to the
address below at his or her expense.
