Abstract
The Office of Institutional Research (OIR) analyzes and
disseminates accurate, consistent, and timely information to
support institutional planning and decision-making, and to satisfy
external reporting requirements. We will showcase official
institutional statistics, survey results and survey tools, the
Strategic Plan, special research studies, and resources that are
available at your fingertips on our Web
site.
Come and explore the characteristics of our student body,
faculty, administrators and staff through our institutional Fact
Book. Compare the perceptions of our students over time and to
other institutions through results of various surveys including:
The Cooperative Institutional Research Program (CIRP) survey of
freshmen; Your First College Year survey (YFCY); National Survey of
Student Engagement (NSSE); and the Student Instructional Report
(SIR II) course evaluation. In addition, find out about other
resources including: the Integrated Post-Secondary Education Data
System (IPEDS) Peer Analysis System; Survey Pro; and Class Climate
Online Course Evaluation tools, that can be used to enhance your
own research.
