faculty share their favorites, and you are sure to find something
new and interesting on their lists. That’s where I discovered
Picasa, Google’s photo manager.
- Merlot,
the Multimedia Educational Resource for Learning and Online
Teaching, gives you access to a large number of web-based materials
in almost all fields. This is a good way to introduce web materials
into your classes without having to develop the materials
yourself.
- Infobits is an
online newsletter about teaching and technology that's produced by
the University of North Carolina's Center for Instructional
Technology. You can read past issues on their website and you can
also subscribe to receive an emailed version of the newsletter each
month.
