St.
Vincent de Paul Teacher-Scholar Award
The first award of $5,000 is the prestigious St. Vincent de Paul
Teacher-Scholar Award, given annually to a professor who has
established a distinguished record of continued excellence in
teaching and scholarly achievements, both within and outside the
classroom.
Teaching
Excellence
The three other annual awards of $2,000 each will be given for
Teaching Excellence. Full-time faculty members are eligible
to receive an award for undergraduate teaching or graduate
teaching. The third award will be granted to a member of the
adjunct faculty.
Calendar
- All nominations are due by Monday, December 10, 2007 by 4:30
p.m.
Nomination
Form - Nominees will be notified after the first of the year and
invited to accept the nomination by submitting their credentials as
noted above.
- All credentials must be submitted by Wednesday, March 12,
2008.
Selection Process
A group of faculty members and administrators will serve on the
Selection Committee. Serving on the committee this year will
