I am from Salt Lake City, Utah, majoring in Spanish and pursuing
the BA/MA program in English with a minor in Social Justice. I am
also an Ozanam Scholar, member of the
Philosophy Club and involved with a farmer-owned chocolate
cooperative in Ecuador. Since starting my work at the Writing
Center during my sophomore year, I feel that my own writing has
grown significantly and enjoy imparting that feeling with the
students that I work with. After finishing my five years at St.
John's, I would like to continue studying comparative literature,
pursue a career in grant writing, or travel indiscriminately.
