My name is Nevena (which means Marigold) and I hail from
Bulgaria. I have been working at the Institute for Writing
Studies for three years now. I graduated last year with a
double major in Economics and English, and I am currently pursuing
a Master’s degree in English. My academic interests include
Postcolonial Theory and Literature, the British Novel, Economic
Development, and Microeconomic Theory. I also enjoy road
trips and improvisational comedy. I occasionally use the art
