Hi everyone! My name is Jonaki
and right now I’m an English major at St. John’s. I started
working at the Writing Center in Spring 2011 and I love it. When
I’m not on campus, I’m either reading, eating, listening to music,
or baking all sorts of cakes and cookies. I spend most of my
summers in Kolkata, India and I love traveling to other places
around the world as well. I’m absolutely in love with everything
about New York City, even though I spent the first 14 years of my
life in Dallas, Texas. Eventually, I hope to become a
corporate attorney and still have some time for teaching, which is
something I’ve always wanted to do.
