When a WCOnline appointment shows up in red, we need to meet our
client in the online chat forum we've created with a gadget called
meebo. Here's what you need to
do:
- Go to www.meebo.com
- Login: iwswritingcenter Password:
writing
- Your client should be waiting for you in the chat forum or will
join you there soon.
- In order to meet us online, our clients do not go to meebo like
we do. They travel a different route to the chat forum. When they
hit “Join Chat” in their WCOnline Control Panel, they are directed
here.
After asking the client about his or her work and chatting about
the circumstances/plans/organization, ask the student to email the
text to you. From there on, just treat your session like you treat
a face-to-face session.
