I have practiced as a physician assistant since 1987 and although teach full-time, still practice once weekly at a local hospital. I have been in PA education for 16 years full-time and have served in various roles including my current role as program director. Prior to coming to St. John's in 2015, I served as Assistant Program Director and Director of Didactic Education at Tufts University PA program. I also served as Department Chair at the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences (Dept of PA Education) as well as Program Director.

Teaching Interests

Various topics in internal medicine and patient assessment. Also have interest in innovative teaching methods such as flipped classroom and active student learning pedagogy.
