Professor Landgraff was a Trial Attorney for more than 30 years in the Office of the Chief Counsel, Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation, representing the PBGC in the Bankruptcy Courts and all other Federal Courts throughout the United States. A graduate of St. John’s University School of Law in 1971, Professor Landgraff was in private practice in New York until joining the PBGC in 1980. He now is a frequent speaker and lecturer on bankruptcy, pension and retirement issues to Bar Associations, and conventions and meetings of trade associations and other professional groups.  He is admitted to practice in New York, Virginia, and the District of Columbia and various Federal Courts.

Professor Landgraff teaches Pension Benefits in Bankruptcy, an area in which he has great expertise.
