Robert F. Pecorella is an Associate Professor with the
Department of Government and Politics, a Vincentian Research Fellow
at St. John’s University and a former Professor-in-Residence with
the New York State Assembly Intern Program. Professor Pecorella is
the author of Community Power in a Postreform City and a coauthor
of the Politics of Structure. His articles have appeared in
numerous journals including: Polity, Public Administration Review,
and the Journal of Urban Affairs. He holds a Ph.D. from
Pennsylvania State University.
