George B. Horton is the Director of the Department of Social and
Community Development for Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of
New York. He received his A.B. in Economics from the College of the
Holy Cross in Worcester, MA, and a J.D. from the University of
Pennsylvania in Philadelphia. A leader in Catholic social ministry,
George has served in various leadership positions in national and
state organizations.
