Christopher J. Borgen is an Assistant Professor of Law at St.
John's School of Law, where he teaches International Law and
Contracts. Prior to joining the faculty at St. John's, Professor
Borgen was the Director of Research and Outreach at the American
Society of International Law. He has also served as an
international trade consultant in Hungary and recently completed a
consultation on issues for the new independent country of Moldova.
He has published and lectured on public international law,
litigation and related issues. He is a graduate of Harvard College
and earned his J.D. from New York University School of Law.
