This program, composed of three separate daylong workshops, was
built to instruct professors on the latest technology-based
teaching aids.
Courses covered areas such as using podium classrooms, managing
computer files, using email and calendars and creating backup CDs.
The workshops also addressed specific problems in and out of the
classroom where information technology can assist.
Two hundred and one faculty members participated in the 21
workshops. That’s a total of 140 hours of tech support.
