A new Campus Ministry Intern Program was launched to offer
potential young ministers experience in what it takes to run a
successful Campus Ministry Program. Responsibilities include
organizing calendar clearance requests, preparing and assigning
Liturgical ministers, service programs, preparing retreats and
serving in Hillcrest Residence Hall.
The V.I.T.A.L. (Vincentian Initiative to Advance Leadership)
Program entered its fifth year. Over 150 student participants met
monthly to discuss issues of leadership and examined how values
play a role in the decisions we make. Prayer, mentoring and
personal reflection integrate with the session curriculum to offer
students a comprehensive experience of leadership with
integrity.
