Gave a lecture dealing with the Philosophy of Literature at Immaculate Conception Center, Douglaston on October 6. It dealt with the relation between faith and fiction in one of the novels of Valerie Sayers ("Brain Fever"), an accomplished novelist and Director of the creative writing graduate program at Notre Dame.

Illustrated an article for the October 6 National Law Journal, entitled, "Upstate Prosecutors Upstage Federal Prosecutors" had his illustration for the INX Group published in The Boston Globe, San Francisco Chronicle, The Philadelphia Inquirer and five other newspapers during the week of October 9. The subject of the illustrated article was, "Arnold Wins California."

Lee Ann Brown

Lee Ann is reading with Eileen Myles Thursday, November 6 at 7 p.m in the Sulzberger Parlor of Barnard Hall as a part of Women Poets at Barnard. She is a judge for a nationwide poetry contest co-sponsored by The Poetry Society of America and Oil of Olay. Deadline October 31. The seven winners will receive $2000 and their poem will be posted on buses as apart of Poetry in Motion. She will be reading in Philadelphia at The Writers House University of Pennsylvania on October 21with Laynie Browne and India Radfar, two poets published by Tender Buttons.

Co-authored and published Multinational Strategic Management, India: Jaico Publishing House, 2005. This is an Indian translation of his book published in 2002. A low cost English language edition of the book was also published by Juice in 2004 for sale in India, Pakistan, Nepal, Myanmar, Bhutan, Bangladesh, and Sri Lanka.

Co-authored Application Service Providers: From Hype to Business Sense, A Contingency Approach, Birmingham, New York: The Haworth Press Inc., 2004, which has been accepted for publication. In addition, Dr. Mockler has co-authored Cases in Multinational Strategic Management (V), New York, NY: Strategic Management Research Group, September 2003. Used to supplement cases in author's strategic management texts. The cases were developed at St. John's University's Center for Case Study Development. Many of its cases have received international awards and been published in other authors' textbooks. This book is now being used in MBA courses at St. John's University.
