co-authored "Outsource, Alliance, or In-House Software
Applications: An Increasingly Important Strategic Management
Decision" paper at the 23rd Annual Strategic Management Society
Conference, Baltimore, MD, Nov 6-9, 2003, and the co-authored
"Successfully Managing Application Service Providers (ASPs)
Through Meeting Diverse Customer Requirements" at the
34th Decision Sciences Institute (DSI) Annual Meeting, Washington
D.C. November 22-25, 2003. Dr. Mockler's co-authored case study,
"Salomon Smith Barney Consulting Group" won a DSI Case Studies
Award. He also presented "Daimler Chrysler AG," Original Case
Study and Instructor's Guide, at the
Northeast Business and Economic Association (NBEA) Annual Meeting,
Parsippany, NJ. October 3-4, 2003.
