In pursuit of continued academic excellence and student success, St. John’s has appointed three respected scholars with extensive records of leadership in higher education to head major divisions of the University.
The School of Education is pleased to welcome six new full-time faculty members this academic year.
Undergraduate students participate in research and gain valuable experience in the application of skills learned in their majors to real world projects.
“In all of your diversity, you represent the richness that is New York City and that is the St. John’s Law family,” Dean Michael A. Simons said in welcoming the incoming 1L class during orientation.

Participants in the Summer 2016 Ronald H. Brown Law School Prep Program for College students came together earlier this month for a closing ceremony celebrating their success in the flagship pipeline program of the Ronald H. Brown Center for Civil Rights.
In her previous position as Senior Associate Dean of the McDonough School of Business at Georgetown University, she expanded the school’s global public and private partnerships to increase opportunities for students.
