Moderated by Professor Michael Perino, the conversation featured SEC Enforcement Division Director Andrew J. Ceresney and Robert E. Rice ‘87, chief counsel to SEC Chair Mary Jo White.

Former St. John's Law Professor David D. Siegel, who authored many leading works of commentary on New York Practice and Procedure, died today at age 82.
Looking back on his upbringing in the former Czechoslovakia, Zdenko Durove credits his parents for giving him a typical childhood. From his early education, to his musical pursuits in a rock band, to earning his LL.B. and LL.M. from Matej Bel University, School of Law, EU in Slovakia, he moved through life with a solid sense of his abilities.
