St. John's to Serve as Collection Site for National Prescription Drug Take-Back Day, Oct. 22

Queens, NY (October 21, 2016) – St. John’s University will participate as a collection site for the Drug Enforcement Administration’s (DEA) National Prescription Drug Take-Back Day on Saturday, October 22.   In protecting the community and environment, this event accepts unused, expired, or unwanted prescription and over-the-counter drugs to ensure safe disposal.  Students and faculty from the College of Pharmacy and Health Services will be accompanying the DEA agents throughout the event.
