The charming, 18-acre campus occupies the grounds of a
19th-century estate with tree-lined paths, traditional neo-Georgian
buildings and some striking modern buildings as well.
Situated on a wooded bluff in the Grymes Hill area, the campus
offers a spectacular view of New York harbor.
Overnight Accommodations
The apartment-style housing in its three-story residences is
clustered around a central lawn adjacent to the campus. Each
apartment consists of a bed, desk, desk chair and dresser per
student. The common area within each apartment has a couch,
coffee table, lounge chair, dining table, and dining chairs.
Every apartment has a bathroom and full-service kitchen with a
refrigerator, microwave, and stove. Wireless internet and
cable connection are provided in all apartments.
Meeting Facilities
Meeting facilities are available for a corporate lunch or casual
meeting. The campus hosts various events including
professional development workshops, educational workshops,
leadership training seminars, athletic programs, international
travel abroad sessions, and religious retreats. Catering
services are available to suit all preferences.
