Overnight Accommodations and Day Rental
Facilities
The Office of Conference Services offers affordable overnight
accommodations in our residence halls on all four campuses from
June 1 through mid-August of each year.
Who Are We?
St. John’s University’s Office of Conference Services is a
centralized source for all of your conference needs. We process
requests and reservations for all events on campus. Our services
are offered to educational groups, religious organizations,
athletic teams, nonprofit organizations, performing arts groups,
corporations, interns, and many more.
What Do We Do?
We work with the community to provide a full range of services,
which include housing accommodations, catering services, and
meeting facilities.
When Do We Provide These
Services?
Our conference rooms, classrooms and various meeting facilities are
available for booking year-round. Our affordable overnight
accommodations are available during the summer months from June 1
through mid-August of each year.

Our office hosts events that occur on the Queens, Manhattan, Staten
Island and Oakdale campuses.
