The month of October is Breast Cancer Awareness month. To help
raise funds and awareness for this cause, St. John's University's
Office of Community Relations participates in the Making
Strides Against Breast Cancer® Walk.
Thousands of marchers gather for mass, breakfast and a walk to
offer their support in the fight against cancer. University
events include the Fun Run, Raffle, and the Strides walk on
Queens and Staten Island campuses.
