Is there a fee for the concert?
No the concert is free to all and a way for the University to provide the community with a pleasant summer evening of fine music. 

What about parking?
There is plenty of free parking. You may enter through gate # 1 on Utopia Parkway located south of Union Turnpike and north of the Grand Central Parkway. Follow instructions of Public Safety. 

Will handicapped be able to get assistance with getting to the Great Lawn?
Yes, there will be Public Safety officers available with golf carts to assist handicapped persons to the Great Lawn.

Will there be a barbeque before the concert?
The barbeque is for members of the Loughlin and McCallen Society. It is not open to the public. Members of these societies can call Alumni Relations for information.

Will there be chairs available?
We ask that you bring a lawn chair or blanket for your comfort.   You may also feel free to bring picnic snacks, as there will be no refreshments available. 

What happens if it rains?
We hope for a beautiful evening. However, if it rains, the concert will be held indoors and you will not need to bring chairs. 

What time will the concert end?
The concert starts at 7pm, seating begins at 6:30pm and usually runs about 2 – 2 ½ hours. You can count on it being over by approximately 9:30pm.
