In order to begin the application form for the competitive bidding
process, you will need:
- A copy of Certificate of Inspection issued by New York State,
including the certification number.
- If a company is a partnership, please provide a certificate of
partnership or partnership agreement
- Proof of certification as a minority, female, small, local or
disadvantaged business enterprise
- Bank references
- Does your company have union agreements? If so, provide copies
of the signed Trade Union Agreement.
