We look forward to providing your classroom and IT special event needs.
More than 90% of our classrooms on the Queens campus are equipped with the latest audiovisual technology, including wireless connectivity capabilities. The professor will find most if not all the resources for her/his lecture at his fingertips. Every podium is equipped with the latest CPU (workstation), Liquid Crystal Display (LCD), DVD/VCR player. We also provide a projector, speakers and screen to enhance your audio visual experience. All of these items are controlled from a single control panel. Every podium has numerous courtesy cables to help you connect your own laptop. An extra LAN wired- connection is provided for the laptop, as well as a USB extension port right on top of the podium for your convenience. Marillac Hall 135 and St. John Hall 111A are equipped with Polyvision Walk-and-Talk technologies. We also provide a videoconference direct link from Queens to Staten Island and the Rome Campus.
