Sexual Harassment and Discrimination Prevention Training for Managers

Audience: Managers that Supervise Staff Employees and Other Administrators

The Human Resources Department is offering a series on Sexual Harassment and Discrimination Prevention Training for supervisors. This required half-day workshop will cover the various types of harassment and discrimination in the workplace. The program will identify for managers potentially unlawful, inappropriate and appropriate behaviors under St. John's Policy and the law. It will also help managers understand their role as supervisors in setting a good example with their behavior and responding appropriately if concerns arise, as well as recognizing how individuals and the University can be damaged by sexual harassment and discrimination.
