Sexual Harassment and Discrimination Prevention Training for Faculty
At the end of this session, faculty will be able to:
- Understand the scope and range of various types of harassment and discrimination;
- Identify potentially unlawful, inappropriate and appropriate behaviors under the discrimination laws and St. John’s policies;
- Understand that faculty members are responsible for setting a good example with their behavior and responding in a timely and appropriate manner when concerns arise; and
- Recognize how individuals, departments and the university can be damaged by sexual harassment and discrimination.
