Performance Management Training for Employees
Audience: Non-Supervisory Staff and Administrators
This workshop will introduce you to Performance Management Training at St. John's. This is an opportunity for you to become comfortable with how the performance management process works and your role in the process. The workshop introduces you to the revised form Recognize Excellence and Development (RED) that is used as part of the performance management process.
- About each of the major components of Performance Management, including Objective Setting, St. John's University Values and Competencies, Development Planning, Periodic Check-In, Self-Assessment and the year-end performance evaluation
- How to write objectives that focus on results
- What you can do to participate in the performance discussion with your supervisor
